Our general series Weldscan PA Pipe can scan piping butt welds to ASME and CSA. Standard setup is with dual phased array probes and enhanced setup includes TOFD probes. With advancements in code criteria, ultrasonic methods are being relied on as an accepted alternative to radiography. Since the first code case acceptance clauses, we have been training and developing our technicians to be skilled in automated ultrasonic methods with specific attention to Phased Array methods. Stasuk archives dozens of calibration samples for most piping sizes and wall thicknesses. Our in-house machine shop can provide calibration samples for your specific sizes or client specifications with quick turn-arounds for demanding project schedules.
